Fuel Your Morning With These 3 Quick & Easy Recipes

Mornings can be rough, but they don’t have to be! I’m sharing with you my fave quick and easy breakfast recipes that will make you want to get up the first time your alarm goes off in the AM and keep you from feeling *hangry* before lunch time.


Yogurt & Berries

+ 0% Non-Fat Yogurt Vanilla // Siggis

+ Chocolate Sea Salt Granola // Purely Elizabeth

+ Chia Seeds // Thrive Market

+ Raspberries

+ Honey


Protein Oatmeal & Berries

+ 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats

+ 1 Tablespoon of Tropeaka Vanilla Lean Protein

+ 3/4 Cup of Water

+ Microwave for 2-3 minutes

{cuz ain’t nobody got time to do this over the stove}

+ Raspberries

+ Chia Seeds

+ Cacao Nibs

+ Honey


Avocado Tuna Salad + Egg Toast

+ 1 can of tuna

+ 1/2 an avocado

+ sprinkle of garlic seasoning

+ sprinkle of red pepper flakes

*Mix it all up* & Throw half of your tuna salad on a piece of toasted ezekiel bread {Save the rest for later}

+ Top your toast with a sunny side up egg

+ & if you are feeling *saucey* add some Siete traditional hot sauce
